About Construction Flows

Built from experience doing the work.

Construction Flows helps construction teams connect the work from sales through project delivery and billing.

From managing the work to improving the process.

My background spans residential homebuilding, panel production, construction management, planning, and logistics. I’ve worked on the jobsite, coordinated production and deliveries, and built systems to help teams manage the work.

In residential construction, I worked with trades, inspectors, and homeowners to keep schedules, quality, and expectations aligned. When something slipped, I had to help figure out what happened and what needed to happen next.

In panel production, I moved from customer success into construction management, then planning and logistics. I coordinated production priorities, site readiness, and deliveries. I also built internal tools and operating procedures to give teams a shared view of the work.

That’s where my interest in systems grew. I could see how much time we spent tracking down information, repeating updates, and relying on someone to remember the next step.

Today, I help construction and operational teams map those processes and build practical systems around them.

Why Construction Flows exists

  • 01

A job gets sold, but the project team doesn’t have what it needs to start.

  • 02

The field records extra work, but nobody picks it up for pricing.

  • 03

A project finishes, but accounting is still waiting on paperwork.

Everyone can do their part and still leave a gap.

Construction Flows focuses on those gaps: where work waits, information loses context, a process depends on one person’s memory, or completed work comes back for another round.

The goal is simple. Your team should know what needs to happen, who owns it, and what’s holding it up.

How I work

Step 01

Listen

I start by listening to the people doing the work. We walk through the actual process, including the spreadsheets, text messages, and workarounds that keep things moving.

Step 02

Map

Then we map the steps, clarify responsibilities, and decide what needs to change. That might mean a simpler process, a written procedure, a connected workflow, or an application that makes field updates easier.

Step 03

Build

I build around how your team works and stay close to implementation so we can see what holds up in daily use.

Based in Hailey, Idaho

Outside work, you’ll usually find me mountain biking, riding gravel, or skiing around the Wood River Valley.

Where does your work get stuck?

Tell me about the handoff you keep chasing, the spreadsheet only one person understands, or the paperwork that holds up billing.
